Pickup In Store

Pickup is free from our store located in Woodbridge and will typically be ready no later than 30 minutes after you place your order. Collection is available during our store opening hours.

Delivery 

Currently we only offer Delivery within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch cut off times:

  • Royal Mail 3pm Monday - Friday, 10am Saturday for same day dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 48:

  • 2 working days from day of dispatch*
  • Monday - Saturday delivery (excluding holidays)
  • Tracked service with notifications - no signature required

FREE on orders over £30 - otherwise £3.30

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

  • 1 working days from day of dispatch*
  • Delivery 7 days a week (excluding holidays)
  • Tracked service with notifications - no signature required

FREE on orders over £40 - otherwise £4.20

*Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

We have a legal obligation to ensure all customers purchasing from Vape Hound are of legal age; 18 years or over. When placing your first order with Vape Hound, we will use the services of 1account to verify your age. 1account will automatically perform an age check against your submitted details post-purchase. If 1account are able to successfully verify your age, no further action is required.
